Shipping Partner
All products are shipped via our shipping partner (Easy Parcel) in Malaysia.

Shipment Method
Customers are allowed to choose their preferable shipment method under our partner's platform during checkout, which includes collecting In-Store (Free of Charge).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fee will varies based on the total weight of the product(s) being ordered and shipping location being provided by our customer during checkout. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Business Day
Business days are Monday ~ Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.

Order Processing Time
We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery. Normally for In-Store Product, usually ships within 48 hours and 7-15 business days for transit.

Whereas for Pre-Order Stock, product shipping may varies from 3 weeks to 2 months and 7 business days for transit.

Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your payment. Our staff will provide you your Product Order's Invoice within 1~3 business working days via email or WhatsApp.

Process after your order is being delivered
Once your order is being delivered, you will receive a Dispatch Note via email or WhatsApp. An hardcopy Dispatch Note will also attached with your product during delivery.

Shipping Country
Currently, our online store only support delivery within Malaysia. For Non-Malaysia Region, kindly contact our staff to assist on your product ordering, payment and invoice processing.
